Project Description

The Horizon Event Service organised and delivered a fantastic event, which hosted a number of formats making it an enjoyable experience for all.

Guests began their experience by checking into the stunning Eynsham Hall, Oxford, a beautiful country house built in the early 1700’s. A glass of champagne was provided to begin the celebrations and set the tone for the day.

After settling into their rooms, the group made their way into a morning mini-conference, which included a short award ceremony for outstanding performers.

During the morning session, we ensured that the client had no idea what was in store for them. We were able to keep the incentive afternoon a secret and the team didn’t notice the 5-seater helicopter land! During the afternoon, Quandoo staff were whisked away on a helicopter experience around the Oxfordshire countryside. A great time was had by all and not one person shied away from the experience. Quandoo had 2 spare places on the last helicopter ride so kindly invited a young American tourist and the event manager, to have a go.

At the end of the helicopter ride, guests retired to their rooms to get ready for the evening celebrations. The group met for reception drinks on the terrace while we set up the evening equipment which included Casino, dance floor, disco and karaoke. The evening included a hot buffet and lots of dancing!
