Our client was a leading pharmaceuticals company who approached us to help them celebrate their 100th birthday.

It was determined that a gala dinner was the way forwards and due to the time of year an Après Ski theme was chosen. They also wanted to include a live feed from the CEO based in the US.

It was decided that the best way to accommodate the guests, truly customize the event to the clients’ specification and save on budget would be to turn one of the client’s warehouses into the venue. Overnight our events managers transformed an empty warehouse into a cosy après ski lodge out on the snowy slopes complete with themed drinks and snow falling all around to capture the atmosphere.

The snowy gala dinner was complete with full catering service and Christmas themed cocktails to get everyone in the holly jolly festive spirit, all served by slope-fresh staff in their winter gear.

The Christmas themed evening continued into our ever-popular Christmas Cracker package to get everyone on their feet and team building. The games included everything from building an award-winning gingerbread house to composing your own Christmas jingle!
