To celebrate this historic milestone the chosen venue was the Chateau Impney, Droitwich Spa. The venue gave us enormous flexibility to provide a truly memorable occasion.

After initial consultation with the client the chosen theme was ‘Cirque Du Bollywood’ to celebrate the diverse culture within the organisation.

To bring the clients core vision to life our in-house design team used 3D visulisation software to design a bespoke stage set, complete with a comprehensive audio visual package to provide guests with an immersive experience.

From the moment guests arrive they received the red-carpet treatment with our VIP Entrance complete with flambeaux torches.

During pre-dinner drinks guests were entertained with our mix ‘n‘mingle magicians and roaming LED hostesses serving canapes and Champagne.

With the proposed theme in mind ‘Cirque Du Bollywood’ our Dhol drummers made their entrance after pre-dinner drinks to signify call for dinner.

For dinner guests enjoyed authentic mouth-watering Indian cuisine followed by authentic ‘Bollywood Dancers’ with a contemporary twist complete with break dancers. To engage the audience guests were invited to the dance floor to learn the classic moves, before competing in a Bollywood dance-off routine.

Following this rest of the audience took to the dance floor, till the early hours with our Asian DJ, which fused Bollywood hits with popular chart songs.
